A Legacy Rooted in Resilience
In 1992, while living in a shelter in Elizabeth, New Jersey, Pierre-Richard Victor learned that resilience is an action, not just a word. Today, he carries his mother's legacy forward — transforming his journey from survival into a mission of service for every child who feels left behind.

We are engineering the "X" Promise Legacy Programs. Our 2026 focus is building secure digital infrastructure and resource allocation to support JROTC cadets and youth in transition.
