Victor Global Initiative — Building the Foundation of a Global Mentorship Engine

Message from the Founder

Year One: Eyes Forward

When I founded Victor Global Initiative in 2025, I made a promise — to every child who feels invisible, to every foster youth who believes their past defines their future, and to the memory of my mother Lucianne, who signed her name with an "X" so that one day I could write mine.

Year One was about building the infrastructure worthy of that promise. We assembled a board of dedicated leaders, established our legal and governance foundation, launched our secure digital headquarters, and began the community outreach work that will grow into our 2027 programs.

This is not a beginning. This is a base of fire — from which everything the Victor Mentorship Model promises will be launched.

Looking Ahead

Year Two: 2026–2027

With our foundation secure, Year Two shifts from building to activation. Our priorities:

  • Launch the inaugural "X" Promise Legacy Scholarship cycle for JROTC cadets
  • Activate the secure Candidate Portal and Educator Recommendation Portal
  • Expand from Cohort Alpha to a Year 1 goal of 10 students mentored
  • Grow from 2 to 5 active partnerships with JROTC programs and youth shelters
  • Expand presence from Florida into a second state

Partner With the Mission

Every contribution in Year Two directly activates our inaugural programs for JROTC cadets and youth in transition.
